I have several editions including a Centennial edition that has a 'New egg recipe section' in it, with the same photograph but a slightly different angle as the 19th edition.

I would be interesed in reading all about the booklet.  I too loved the building and my mother worked their for quite a long time.
It has been pointed out by Magaret Harper from Christchurch City Libraries that in an updated version of the 'Street Index' Dormer Street appears in directories for the first time
This was where they prepared and made the floats for the Hays Santa Parade. The shop assistants and family members where the ones who dressed up and road on the
Rickerby's was built around 1911. Does any one remember the exact date?

Hi, These photos bring back memories. Especially the Hoskins Book shop. Used to get our comics their each month. Play Hour, Harold Hare and Mum's English Womens weekly.
